Din personliga integritet är av högsta prioritet, och för att tydliggöra hur dina personuppgifter hanteras har denna policy tagits fram i enlighet med de nya EU-direktiven GDPR (General Protection Data Regulation), som gäller fr.o.m. den 25 maj 2018.
GDPR stärker skyddet av vår personliga integritet och förändrar hur företag får lov att samla in och hantera personliga uppgifter. Hos oss på Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy samlas uppgifter om dig i ett journalsystem, som är ett hemmabygge och lagras lokalt på en specifik, enskild dator, samt som backup på en USB-drive. Inga uppgifter lagras i moln, på nätet, Dropbox eller på annat sätt och uppgifterna delas inte med tredje part.
Syftet med journalsystemet
Syftet med att föra journal är primärt att kunna följa upp de behandlingar du gör hos mig så att du får relevant och bästa tänkbara behandling varje gång. Det sekundära syftet är att genom att föra journal skapar jag en kunskapsbas över olika åkommor och behandlingar, som kan komma dig till gagn när du kommer på behandling.
Vilka uppgifter samlas in och varför?
- Personnummer, namn och adress
- Telefonnummer/mobilnummer och i vissa fall även mailadress
- Var du arbetar och vad du har för yrke
- Medicinsk historik, anamnes och vilken behandling du får, samt uppföljning av dessa uppgifter
Uppgifterna samlas framför allt in för att säkerställa att du inte blandas ihop med en annan person med samma namn, men även för att du skall kunna ha ett underlag vid eventuella försäkringsärenden eller av annan anledning du själv anser. Du kan alltid få en utskrift på dina journaler om du så önskar. Det är också av vikt att dina behandlingar hos mig kan följas upp så din fortsatta behandling kan anpassas efter dina behov. Ditt yrke kan ge en ledtråd till varför du mår som du gör och är viktig för samlandet av information till kunskapsbasen. Var du arbetar kan underlätta kontakt med dig under arbetstid.
Godkännande av uppgifterna
Du kommer regelbundet att tillfrågas om det är ok att dina uppgifter samlas i databasen, samt informeras om att dina personliga uppgifter alltid kan plockas bort om du så vill. Väljer du att ta bort dina uppgifter kommer de att plockas bort både i databasen och backupen.
Att plocka bort dina uppgifter innebär att posterna i databasen kommer att avidentifieras, men att själva informationen om åkommor och behandlingar finns kvar för framtida referenser. Uppgifterna kommer dock inte kunna härledas tillbaka till dig personligen.
Övriga uppgifter som samlas in
På denna webbsajt finns ett kontaktformulär. Uppgifterna du fyller i där skickas som ett mail och används för att kunna ta kontakt med dig. Mailen sparas endast tills dess vi får kontakt med varandra, eller så länge ärendet pågår. Därefter raderas det.
Byte av dator
När byte av dator sker av en eller annan anledning plockas den gamla hårddisken ut så att den inte kan hamna i orätta händer. Om elektronik återvinns ska det inte finnas någon möjlighet att komma åt gammal information på en återvunnen hårddisk. Så när datorn byts ut och den gamla lämnas för återvinning plockar jag med mig hårddisken och förstör den separat.

Integrity Policy and GDPR
Your personal integrity is of utmost priority to me, and this policy has been drafted according to the new European GDPR (General Protection Data Regulation) Guidelines, effective as of May 25, 2018, to clarify how your personal information is handled.
GDPR consolidates the protection of your personal integrity and changes how companies can collect and handle personal information. At Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy information about you is compiled in a computer database, which was built exclusively for this purpose and is located on a specific computer as well as on a back-up USB drive. No information is stored in the cloud, online, DropBox or in any other way, and the information is never shared with any third party.
The purpose of the database
The purpose of keeping a record of you in a database is twofold. Mainly, it is to follow up on the treatments you have received from me in order to provide you with relevant treatment at every visit. Also, by keeping records in this way a database of knowledge on different ailments and treatments has been developed, and this can benefit you when you come for treatment.
What information is collected and why?
- Swedish ID number (social security), name and address
- Phone number, and sometimes your email address
- Your place of work and occupation
- Medical history, anamnesis, and which treatment you’ve received as well as the follow up of this treatment
The information is primarily collected to ensure that you won’t be mixed up with someone else with the same name, but also so that you will have some basic information if you need it for insurance purposes or any other reason you see fit. You can at any time request a transcript of any information stored about you. The information is also important to follow up on your treatments so that your future treatments can be adapted to your personal needs. Your occupation can be a clue to why you feel like you do, and is important for the collected knowledge in the database. Where you work can make it easier to reach you during working hours.
Your approval of the information
You will be asked annually if you still approve that your information is collected and stored in the database, and you will also be informed that your information can and will be removed at your request. If you choose to have your information removed it will be removed both from the database itself and from the USB back-up.
Removing your information means that all personal information about you in the database will be removed, but that the information about ailments and treatments will remain for future reference. The information will however not be traceable to you personally.
Other information collected
There is a contact form on this website. The information you fill out there is sent as an email and is used to get in touch with you. The emails are only saved until we get in touch, or as long as necessary to resolve the issue. After that they are deleted.
Replacing a computer
When a computer is replaced for any reason, the old hard drive is removed to ensure no information can be obtained by a third party. If the computer is replaced and handed in for recycling, the hard drive will be removed and destroyed separately.
