Om- och avbokningsregler

• För om- & avbokningar fram till 48h före avtalad tid debiteras ingen kostnad alls
• Om- & avbokning 48-24h före avtalad tid debiteras med 50% av kostnaden
• Om- & avbokning mindre än 24h före avtalad tid debiteras med 100% av kostnaden

OBS! Att en bokning hos Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy innebär att du samtycker till dessa regler.

Undantag
Kan du visa upp ett sjukintyg debiteras 0 kr för inställt besök. Vid akut sjukdom utan sjukintyg debiteras 0kr första gången det sker, men vid upprepade tillfällen kommer 50-100% av det inställda besöket att debiteras. Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy förbehåller sig rätten att avgöra detta från fall till fall.

Men, om tiden du om- eller avbokar pga sjukdom hinner bokas av någon annan kan du slippa kostnaden helt. Detta förutsätter att det är samma behandling, som du själv bokat. Du kommer då få ett meddelande om detta ifrån Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy.

Om Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy av någon anledning behöver omboka din tid kommer du erbjudas en ny tid så fort som möjligt. Ingen annan kompensation kommer att erbjudas.

Om- och avbokningsskydd
Ett om- och avbokningsskydd kan köpas för 15% av behandlingens värde för att slippa eventuella konstader vid en om- eller avbokning. Det är ett tillägg till ordinarie pris och återbetalas ej om det inte utnyttjas och det kan heller inte flyttas med till nästa bokning. Skyddet ger dig rätt att boka av/om en (1) gång per bokad besök. Begär i så fall att få köpa till detta när du bokar.

Rescheduling and cancellation policy

• Rescheduling or cancellations made 48 hours in advance will include no extra charge.
• A fee of 50% of the price will be charged if you reschedule or cancel between 48-24 hours before your appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule your visit less than 24 h before your appointment you will be charged at 100% of the cost.

Note that you automatically consent to these rules when you schedule a visit with Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy.

Exceptions
If you are sick and can certify this through a doctor’s note you will not be charged. If you get sick immediately before your scheduled appointment you will not be charged at all the first time this happens, but if this happens more than once between 50-100% of the fee for your cancelled visit will be charged. Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy reserves the right to decide this from case to case.

But, if the appointment slot you’ve cancelled due to illness is filled by someone else, you might not be charged at all. This depends on whether or not it is the same treatment as you cancelled. You will receive a message from Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy letting you know the outcome.

If Vigör Massage & Revoice Therapy has to cancel or reschedule your visit for any reason, you will be offered a new time as soon as possible. No other compensation will be offered.

Rescheduling and cancellation insurance
A rescheduling and cancellation insurance can be purchased for 15% of the treatment fee to avoid any costs when rescheduling or cancelling. It is in addition to the regular price and will not be refunded if not used, nor can it be transferred to the next booking. This insurance allows you to reschedule/cancel one (1) time per booked visit. Ask for this when booking.
Note that the insurance must be paid at time of booking!
